Do I have to pay upfront?
Nope. There are no upfront costs for standard website setups. If anything truly wild comes through (like 50 pages of handwritten menus and no logo in sight), we’ll let you know before charging a cent.
What’s the online ordering add-on?
It’s an optional extra powered by GloriaFood, perfect for pickup, delivery, QR code table ordering, and live reservations.
We’ll set it up for you — no extra cost. You’ll have full control to make changes any time after that.
Can I make changes to my site later?
Yep — just send us a ticket. Unlimited updates are included, as long as it’s fair use (e.g. not 20 change requests a day — you know the vibe).
How long does it take to get online?
Most sites are live within a few days — depending on how quickly you get us your content. We’ll guide you through it.
What’s included in the website plan?
Everything you actually need: your menu, opening hours, contact info, table booking form, custom colours (with a “u” — sorry, America) and branding, and a free .hospo.site domain. We host it, manage it, and handle updates — all for one low monthly or annual fee.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. You can bring your own domain or register a new one through us. The .hospo.site domain is included either way.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
Nope. That’s what we’re here for. You handle the food and service — we’ll handle the nerdy stuff.
When will I be charged?
You get 5 weeks on us — for the website plan only.
We charge one week before your first paid billing cycle starts, so you still enjoy the full 4-week free trial without interruption.
You can choose monthly or annual billing for the website plan. The online ordering add-on is billed monthly and doesn’t include a free trial.
